‘Tapping” has profoundly changed my life. If this is done consistently, it will radically change your body, thoughts and behavior.

What is EFT?

EFT or “Tapping” is a technique that helps to release stored ailments  within the body. This could be emotion or it could actual physical pain, and utilizes many of the Chinese Meridians/ Points to free the body of these said ailments. It is almost a step wise process to do acupressure on your own body.

How do you do EFT?

It's called tapping because you actually physically tap on your physical body. The video below will show you what to do…

Always keeping tapping until you feel better. If you are feeling worse that is OK! Continue to tap until you feel relief or you laugh!Drinking water between and after tapping at least 5 evolutions also greatly helps improve clearing through out the body.

Where can you do EFT?

Anywhere! You can find many videos of EFT on youtube (just type in EFT in the search bar). For easy access I have included a link to my “teacher” Helen Racz. link here of her tapping on anxiety.  

Thursday nights have changed for the Spectrum Center, and no longer hold the free tapping session.  However the Spectrum Center's newsletter can keep you up todate with any changes. This is the best way to stay current with all the wonderful classes offered at Spectrum.

Who can do EFT?

Anyone and everyone can do EFT. It's even good for children over the age of 2. Even imagining tapping on your self or looking at an animal and tapping for them can work.
As an example my dog, Drake, is really anxious when there are thunder storms. To help him through a storm the other day, I looked at him in the eyes and started to tap on myself until he calmed down. He actually was able to lay down and go to sleep through the storm. It works, try it. 

When can you do EFT?

Anytime. Especially in those moments that the most emotion is flowing. For example –when you’re angry or when you have a headache or when you are feeling blue. Keep tapping until you feel better! This could take a little bit. If you feel you are all tapped out, sometimes the best thing to do is to go to sleep. It allows you to reset, rewind, and refresh.

Why do EFT?

Because it can change your life, thinking, emotions, energy and physical ailments. It's easy, quick, and costs nothing. There is really no excuse NOT to do it. As previously stated you can even imagine doing it!
 
To get ultimate benefit, make sure that you are putting something in to emotionally or physically support you in your changing mind and body. From literature, to exercise, and finding reasons to be grateful. Even if they are kinda odd, like I am grateful for traffic jams because they give me time to listen to my favorite Jams! This will aid in transforming you from habits that do not serve your highest good to habits that do.
